FEATURES:
· Enhances wet fastness properties of direct and reactive dyes on cellulosic fibers and their blends.
· Fabric shades are not adversely affected.
· Minimal effect on light fastness properties.
· Inhibits direct dye migration during drying operations.
· Minimises tinting of unprinted portions in reactive prints while washing.
APPLICATIONS :
Reactive dyeing and prints: After normal post dyeing or printing operations the goods should be thoroughly soaped for removing unfixed colour to the desired extent and then should be treated with 30-45 mins. 0.7 - 1.5 % (owg) of ECOFIX- FFN at pH 5.0 to 5.5 adjusted with acetic acid. A slightly warm (40°C to 45°C) bath enhances speed of process.
In case of hosiery goods or yarn; exhaustible cationic finishing agents can be applied in same bath along with dye fixing agents. However pre-trials are required to ascertain compatibility of chemicals involved.

FAB-LFD is a tailor-made scouring aid, designed to work with very high efficiency in conventional as well as processing machines like softflows, package dyeing, HTHP machines or jumbo jiggers etc. The powerful surfactant blend has low foaming tendencies.
FEATURES
: Excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties throughout heating, cooling and rinsing cycles.
: Possesses powerful detergent action which ensures rapid removal of synthetic sizing agents and spinning oils from synthetic fibre material.
: Superior in action for extraction of oils and waxes even from natural fibres.
: Stable to hard water, acids and oxidising agents and caustic alkali normally used in
bleaching and scouring baths.

SCOURTEX is specially developed Scouring Specially Chemical to suit needs of modern high speed, textile processing machines and techniques. It finds uses in continuous Scouring / Bleaching ranges, or batch-wise application in soft flow machines jigger winches, package dyeing units etc.
CHARACTERISTICS :-APEO free Superior detergency due to high wetting emulsifying and dispersing power over entire processing conditions and temperatures. This gives efficient removal of cotton waxes sizing chemicals and spin finishes from synthetics.
Densely woven knitted goods get uniform and highly efficient treatment, not normally achievable with conventional chemicals. Economical in use as it cuts down processing time, eminently suitable for combined scouring / bleaching operations for yarn, hosiery, blends etc.
RECOMMENDED USED:-
1) Scouring of cotton / blends on jiggers cotton goods, desized if required can be scoured in
SCOURTEX - 0.5-1%Caustic Soda (Solid) - 2-3%
The Scouring is to be carried at near boil for 60-90 minutes depending upon nature of goods.
2) Scouring / Bleaching / Hosiery / Terry Towel or Yarn Packages.
SCOURTEX - 0.5 - 1%Soda ash - 2%
Caustic soda flakes - 1%P. Hydrogen Peroxide - 0.5% - 0.75%
Stab-AB-81 - 0.5% - 0.75%The temperature near boil for about one hour may be adequate.
3) Synthetic Fibre goods SCOURTEX is recommended for scouring of all kinds of normal synthetic textiles even at elevated temperatures, along with application of Optical Brightening Agent etc.
